4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed promptly after the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.

Information entered by members for registration and other purposes is transferred to a separate database
(or stored in a separate file cabinet for paper documents) and retained for a certain period in accordance with
internal policies and relevant laws, after which it is destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate
database is not used for any purpose other than retention required by law. -
Destruction methods
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
5. Provision and Sharing of Personal Information
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties in principle, except in the following cases:
- When users have given prior consent
- When required by law or requested by investigative authorities in accordance with legal procedures
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not outsource the processing of personal information to external parties without user consent.
If such a need arises in the future, users will be notified in advance of the outsourced party and the scope of work,
and consent will be obtained where required.
7. Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and How to Exercise Them
Users and legal guardians may view, modify, or request deletion of their personal information, including that of
children under the age of 14, at any time.
Users may use the “Edit Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information”) section to view or modify their data.
To withdraw consent or cancel membership, users may click “Withdraw Membership” and complete identity verification.
Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer by written request, phone, or email,
and the Company will take action without delay.
If a user requests correction of personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction
is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the
third party promptly to ensure correction.
Personal information deleted at the request of the user or legal guardian is handled in accordance with the retention
period specified in this policy and is not accessed or used for any other purpose.
8. Use of Cookies and Options to Refuse Them
The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve user information. Cookies are small text files sent by the website server
to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s computer hard drive.
